SAMBA, Apr 30: Art of Living (AoL) Jammu chapter organized the programme ‘Reconnect- Pan India Follow Up’ sessions in which hundreds of AoL followers across Jammu region participated to practice the techniques for a happy, joyful and stress-free life.
In Jammu region participants joined at 10 different locations connecting humanity through the power of breathe by practicing how to attain and spread true happiness in life.
“I feel lighter. All the points of wisdom and to attain true happiness in life that Gurudev framed, learning and practicing techniques from courses designed by Gurudev are so apt and important for, both, my professional and personal life,” a participant said.
The AoL Centers which organized the programme were Gian Mandir at Trikuta Nagar, Gian Shalla at Gandhi Nagar, Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra, Parihar traders at Janipur etc.
Ajay Kapoor, State Coordinator Media and DDC of Art of Living J&K Chapter further updated that these sessions were conducted in thousands of locations pan India.
