AoL organizes ‘Happiness Courses’ in Jammu

JAMMU, May 29: The Art of Living, Jammu chapter conducted ‘Happiness Courses’ at four locations in Jammu.
The Art of Living (AoL) founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s unique Sudarshan Kriya was taught in workshop conducted. People from different walks of life joined the workshops.
The program, a blend of trend and tradition, offered practical tools for people to sustain their energy, happiness and help face the challenges of today’s fast-paced world. Many participants reported feeling calmer, happier and more rested than before, after attending the programme.
Apart from the powerful breathing techniques, Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program also had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life.
The main aim of the program was to bid goodbye to all fears, anxiety, scattered mind, aggression, mood swings, health issues, negative thoughts, emotions of Jammu youth and welcome to joy, focused & clear mind, enthusiasm, positive outlook plus feeling of oneness and boundless potential to achieve the best in life.
The AoL centers which organized the happiness program were Gian Mandir at Adarsh Enclave Trikuta Nagar, Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra (Parihar Traders at Janipur) and Aap Shambhu Temple meditation hall, Channi Himmat, Rural Happiness Course in Bishnah.
The faculty of AoL Jammu who did commendable job in conducting and assisting the programmes were Delair Singh (DTC), Ajay Gupta, Manju Aggarwal, Shakti Sagar, Suman Sharma, Menu Singh along with dedicated team of volunteers.
