SRINAGAR, Mar 10: Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) J&K filed charge-sheet in NDPS Act case before Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar against 2 accused.
As per police sources, ANTF files charge-sheet of case FIR Number 19/2021 under Sections 8/22/29 NDPS Act and 420, 468 and 471 IPC of Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir constituting of 960 pages before Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Srinagar against 2 accused persons.
The seized property of the instant cases consisting around 7500 banned syrup bottles and 9600 intoxicant capsules were recovered in the month of April last year.
It is pertinent to mention here that these drug peddlers were the kingpin in supplying of banned syrup bottles in Srinagar City and its adjacent areas.
SP ANTF Vinay Sharma has appealed to the general public to extend all cooperation regarding notorious drug peddlers, so that this menace is uprooted from the society.
