JAMMU, May 26: The Annual Mindhal Yatra will commence from Maa Chandi Temple Blassu Doda on June 1st and will conclude on June 6th.
This was informed by Prof DS Manhas, President, Aadi Shakti Devi Chandike Sevak Sanstha (ASDCSS) Blassu, Doda while interacting with media persons here today.
He elaborated that Mata Chandi Sevak Pyar Singh accompanied by thousands of devotees will take the Chhari Mubarak which will have night stay at Gouri Shankar Temple, Kishtwar on 1st June and at Maha Kali Temple, Sohal, Padder on 2nd June, adding that the Charri Mubarak will reach Mindhal Pangi, Himachal Pradesh on 3rd June.
“On 4th June, Mindhal Mela including Havan Pooja, Bhaderwahi Kud and Jagran will be held at Maa Chandi Darbar Mindhal. The Chhari Mubarik will return back on 5th June and after night stay at Gouri Shankar Temple, Kishtwar will reach back to village Blassu, Doda on 6th June”, Manhas informed.
Manhas further said that ASDCSS with the co-operation of Maa Chandi Sevaks of Kathua, Jammu, Udhampur, Batote Ramban, Prem Nagar, Thathri, Kishtwar, Galhar, Kundal, Sohal, Tyari, Lujh, Killar, Mindhal and District administrations of Doda, Kishtwar (J&K) as well as Chamba (HP) have made all necessary arrangements for smooth conduct of Yatra.
He appealed to the devotees to participate in the Yatra to seek blessings of Shri Chandi Mata and suggested the devotees participating in Mindhal Yatra to keep with them warm clothes, blanket, torch, plate, glass and essentials items.
Among others present were Prem Singh, O P Bhardwaj, Ajay Sethi, Ravinder Singh, Shrikant, Satish Kumar, Sanjay Charak and Romesh Parihar.
