UDHAMPUR, June 2: Annual three-day Baba Samtal Mela at Rulani Patt Panchari, is going to begin from June 4.
Thousands of people from Jammu and Kashmir used to participate in this famous mela to pay obeisance at Baba Samtal Dev Sthan shrine, situated at a high altitude on north-west of Panchari,surrounded by meadows and natural beauty.
The mela will conclude on June 6 with a grand ‘dangal’ competition.
