JAMMU, Mar 19: Second day of the three-day long medical festival of Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences and Hospital (ASCOMS) “Arrhythmia-2014” was celebrated as Anmol Night with fashion show, variety of dances and other performances by ASCOMS students at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu.
Minister for Culture, Housing and Horticulture, Raman Bhalla was chief guest on the occasion, while Davinder Batra, Trustee ASCOMS, Manik Batra, Director Batra Group, Dr RP Kudyar, Director Principal, ASCOMS, Dr Pawan Malhotra, Head of the Arrthymia Committee 2014 were also present.
Today ‘s event started with the fashion show by the male and female students of ASCOMS, It was sponsored by Looks Salon, Channi Himmat followed by performances on the folk songs by girl students attired in the traditional dresses by designed by Ritu Mahajan from The Style-in-Boutique.
Meanwhile, as soon as Indian Idol fame Anmol Jaswal entered the venue hall, the auditorium enthralled with hooting of the ASCOMS audience, which enjoyed the show at the fullest.
Hundreds of ASCOMS students, parents of the students and staff members witnessed the show, which was beautifully managed by the ASCOMS organising committee of Arrhythmia 2014.
The festival will conclude with a star night tomorrow by Deep Money and J-Star at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, Jammu University.
