Anjuman-e-Imamia organizes conference on Wiladat-e-Imam Ali (A S)

JAMMU, Jan 3: Commemorating the auspicious occasion of Wiladat-e-Imam Ali ibn Abu Talib (A S) a one-day conference organized by Anjuman-e-Imamia was held here today.
The conference witnessed enthusiastic participation from scholars, students, religious leaders and members of the community, reflecting deep reverence for the life and teachings of Imam Ali (A S).
In the inaugural address, Prof Sujat Khan, general secretary of Anjuman highlighted the significance of Wiladat-e-Imam Ali (A S), emphasizing his unparalleled contributions to Islam as a symbol of justice, wisdom, courage and compassion.

M Y Tarigami (MLA), Yudhveer Sethi (MLA Jammu East), Shiv Kumar Sharma, DIG Jammu, Vivek Shekhar SP City Jammu and Sohail Kazmi, senior journalist grace the occasion.
Maulana Syed Ghulam Hussain Rizvi from Delhi, Maulana Syed Safdar Hussain Baqr from UP and Maulana Sheikh Imtiaz Ali from Kargil, were the main speakers.
The distinguished speakers delivered insightful lectures focusing on various aspects of Imam Ali’s (A S) life, including his leadership, commitment to social justice, moral integrity and dedication to knowledge.
Large number people from all the regions of JK and Ladakh UT attended the conference.
The proceedings were conducted by Moulana Ali badshah, Afaq Hussain Kazmi and Ayaz Naqvi Joint Secretary Anjuman-e-Imamia delivered the vote of thanks.
