Anjuman-e-Imamia organizes conference on birth anniversary of Shah-e-Wilayat

JAMMU, Feb 27: A one day conference was organized by Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu in connection with birth anniversary of Shah-e-Wilayat, Maula e Qayinaat Hazrat Ali.
While delivering the welcome address, president Syed Amanat Ali Shah presented the brief introduction and the working of Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu. He deliberated that Anjuman-e-Imamia in routine manner organizes the religious and social activities.
The conference commenced with Tilawat e Quran and was followed by address of guest speakers—Maulana Mohammad Askari, Maulana Shamshad Ahmed, Maulana Ghulam Hussain Hilori and Maulana Habib Ur Rehman.
Enlightening the principles and teachings of Imam Ali, the speakers emphasized to follow them. They said that Imam Ali is not a source of guidance for Muslims only but is a source of guidance for the whole mankind. They said many non-Muslim authors are influenced from Imam Ali’s teachings and among them George Jordac a Christian author has written a book “The Voice of Human Justice: A Biography of Imam Ali” in five volumes.
All the speakers highlighted the concept and the essence of Wilayat. They added that the pure example of Wilayat (The Islamic political system) is in Iran, which is the only country following Wilayat in real essence and because of this they have achieved new heights.
The event ended with vote of thanks presented by vice president of Anjuman-e-Imamia Jammu Syed Afaq Hussain Kazmi. The program was conducted by Imam Jumma Shia Masjid Imamia Jammu Janab Maulana Syed Ali Badshah.
