MENDHAR, May 15: A large number of Anganwadi workers and helpers today held demonstration and took out protest march in the town here.
The Anganwadi workers and helpers who were thrown away by the Mufti Government recently came out on the road and held protest march. They were shouting slogans in support of their demand. The were carrying banners and placards in hands depicting their issues. They demanded that their order with regard to dis-engagement be reviewed. Later, they moved to the office of SDM and submitted a memorandum for the concerned minister. They staged dharna in the office for some time.
