Ajatshatru reviews social activities of Rajput Charitable Trust

JAMMU, May 14: Former Cabinet Minister and Member Legislative Council, Ajatshatru Singh today chaired board meeting of Rajput Charitable Trust to discuss and review various activities of the trust.
The president of the trust, Ajatshatru Singh, took stock of the various social activities being pursued by the trust and lauded the dedication of the members of the trust. He was presented a detailed report of various activities being pursued by the trust.
He asked the members to identify more deserving candidates of the community who require any sort of help of the trust. He specifically wanted the trust to help poor students, widows, physically challenged, and other destitute to lead a respectable life.
He also called upon the members of the community to come out with some innovative programs for the trust so that its role can be made more meaningful for the community members.
The members of the trust requested the president to visit various districts of the State to get a first hand information about the hardships being faced by the community members so that a proper strategy is designed to mitigate the problems being faced by the community.
Ranvijay Singh also attended the meeting as a special invitee and expressed his keenness to work for the community. He assured his full support and active participation in the future pursuits of the trust.
The board meeting of the trust was attended by a number of members prominent being PS Pathania, Prof Ajay Kotwal and Advocate Ajay Gandotra. CL Malhotra, Administrator, DPS, gave a detailed presentation about the present status of affairs of the trust.
