JAMMU, Apr 4: Air Force employee died under mysterious circumstances here today.
As per police sources, 54-year-old Air Force employee posted at Sirsa, Haryana namely Upendra Nath Badoria, son of Khanu Charan Badoria, a resident of Orissa was on the pilgrimage to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine at holy Katra along with his family members, when his health condition deteriorated in Bhatinda Express near Jammu Railway Station.
On getting information, General Railway Police (GRP) personnel from Police Post GRP East along with SI Jagjit Singh rushed to the spot and shifted him to Military Hospital (MH) Satwari, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
The body was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where after conducting postmortem, it was handed over to family members for last rites.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Post GRP East and investigation started.
