KATHUA, Oct 12: All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed senior Congress leader and Ex-MLC Thakur Balbir Singh as Central Observer for Fathehpur Assembly constituency and Joginder Nagar Assembly segment under Mandi parliamentary constituency.
The appointment has been made keeping in view the experience in the field of politics of Thakur Balbir Singh, a handout issued by the AICC said.
