JAMMU, Nov 28: National general secretary Anterashtriya Hindu Parishad (AHP), Dr Devesh Upadhaye today warned that his organisation will not allow the admission to the members of other communities in institutions run by Hindu donations.
Talking to reporters here, today the AHP leader expressed grave concern over granting of admissions to 43 Muslim candidates out of 50 in MBBS in Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board run Medical College. He said whether it is reservation or merit based admission is subject to probe but warned that admission in the Hindu institutions to students of other communities can’t be allowed.
He said it is not mere question of admissions of MBBS but it has become open that the terrorism is not due to unemployment or illiteracy. The recent unearthing of terrorism module by arresting some doctors reveals that highly educated professionals are also involved in terror activities to destabilise this nation.
Dr Devesh said “The people of this country have already been hit and received many scars and we will not tolerate any act of terrorism now to destabilise this nation,. We will fight it with full might at our command to safeguard our national interests and age old culture.”
“We should not see it only the admission in medical institutions but we can’t forget the Parliament attack, Pulwama attack, Pahalgam attack and Delhi blast. They (terrorists) tried to shake this nation and we will no longer tolerate this,” he added.
He said AHP will launch a nationwide moment against the terrorism and anti national elements and deportation of Rohingyas and Bangladeshis from the country. “The security agencies and Government need to identify the outsiders and intruders and deport them,” he added.
He also announced that the president of AHP, Dr Parvin Bhai Togadia is visiting Jammu for four days tour on December 25,26,27 and 28 and hold interactions with district activists and other senior office bearers of the organisation over the prevailing situation.
