JAMMU, Dec 27: Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of ‘The Art of Living’ has designed the advance meditation programme which is taught in 156 countries to millions at 1000 plus locations including 200 plus locations in India in which participants experience blissful meditations while observing silence for 4 days.
A handout stated that people learn the techniques for a happy, joyful and stress-free life through Advance Meditation Course (Happiness Course Part-2).
“Your soul is solidified silence and solidified silence is wisdom, knowledge and wisdom dawn gives rise to celebration,” says Sri Sri Ravi Shankar about outcome of this Signature programme.
The Art of Living foundation J&K Chapter organized five day Art of Living’s Signature Happiness programmes part-2 with Bhagwan Ji, an AoL international faculty from Art of Living International Centre, Bengaluru at Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra Shakti Nagar Jammu for all sections of the society.
The participants joined in scores were from all walks of life and religion specially employees of government, private and corporate sector.
Students, research scholars, doctors, homemakers, IT professionals, youth, businessmen, industrialists, retired people and many others including AoL faculty members and devotees connected humanity through the power of breath this ‘Silence Retreat’ to explore the inner bliss through a process immaculately designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to explore the kaleidoscopic nature of the self guided by an international faculty and senior advance course teacher from International Headquarter of AoL Bengaluru, Bhagwan Ji.
The AoL team comprised of Renu Agarwal, AoL Faculty and Rajesh Agarwal, AoL DDC Member of J&K Chapter who were the main Organisers & Neelam Sharma, Mira Amla, Dr Keerti Sharma and Ritvik Mahajan who assisted the course through out.
