Ad hoc managing body of J&K and Ladakh Judicial Officers Association meets

JAMMU, May 20: The first meeting of the ad hoc managing body of Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh Judicial Officers Association was held virtually here today after court hours.
The meeting was presided over by Naseer Ahmed Dar, President, who expressed gratitude and thanked the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh for constituting this ad hoc body for interim functioning towards the establishment of the first Judicial Officers Association of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The President further thanked the High Court for reposing faith and confidence in the members of this ad hoc body to undertake such an important responsibility.
J S Jamwal, Vice President, along with the senior members of the ad hoc body, namely M S Manhas, Malik Shabir Ahmad, Yash Paul Sharma, Spalzes Angmo, Prem Sagar, and Mehreen Mushtaq, unanimously expressed that the Association shall work with utmost honesty, dedication, and commitment for the welfare of the Judicial Officers of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The meeting was also attended by Chemit Yurgyal, General Secretary; Babar Hussain, Treasurer; and the members Rekha Kapoor, Mohammad Istiyaq Alam Baba, Shama Sharma, Towfeel Ahmad Mir and Arshad Aziz Qureshi.
