JAMMU, Dec 19: For bagging rank four in the National Sub Junior Snooker Championship held at Bengalure in Karnataka recently, ace cueist, Ansh Chopra of Army Public School Damana was honoured in an impressive, well attended and colourful function at Lord’s Inn here today.
Sidharth Sharma, Chairman JKBSA was the chief guest on the occasion, while Sanjeev Gupta, President JKBSA was the guest of honour.
The chief guest presented the letter of appreciation to the cueist for his overwhelming performance at Nationals. He also congratulated his parents for the support and encouragement rendered by them. The guest of honour congratulated Ansh for bringing laurels to the state and conveyed his best wishes for his future endevours.
The other dignitaries who graced the occasion with their presence were Vishal Abrol, General Secretary JKBSA, Jaideep Manocha, Sr. Vice President, Nikhil Kapahi, Vice President Jammu, Umar Hum-ayun Vice President Srinagar and Sohail Khalid, Treasurer JKBSA.
