JAMMU, June 18: Duty Magistrate Jammu Parveen Pandoh today granted six day police remand of Yasir Affaz, son of Kher Din of Doda, who was arrested in Aap Shambhu Temple desecration case.
After going through the CD file, Duty Magistrate observed, “the investigation is at initial stage and grounds enumerated in the application seeking police remand are well found”. Accordingly, the court accepted the application of police and remanded the accused to police custody for six days up to June 22.
