KISHTWAR, July 22: A person, who got injured in accident, succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu.
As per police sources, yesterday a Tempo Traveller bearing registration number JK17-1080 plunged into Dhot nallah, resulting into injuries to two persons.
On getting information, police team rushed the injured persons to Atholi hospital, from where they were later shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as Ajay Kumar, son of Gian Chand of Bhandera Kontwara and Vishal Kumar, son of Sham Lal of Soul Padder.
Vishal Kumar was later referred to GMCH Jammu, where he failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his injuries.
Atholi police has taken cognizance in this regard.
