JAMMU, Aug 10: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries at Narayana Super Specialty Hospital, Kakrayal in Reasi district.
According to a police official, a 32-year-old man namely Kailash Sharma son of late Dev Raj, resident of Hiranagar, was shifted with serious injuries at Narayana Super Specialty Hospital, Kakrayal on August 8 after a bike on which he was travelling, was hit by a speeding truck at Swankha Morh in Samba district.
However, the youth succumbed to his injuries today at about 10 AM. “His body was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital and after postmortem, handed over to his legal heirs for last rites”, he said, adding, the concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
