SRINAGAR, July 3: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Kashmir today presented charge-sheet against Ghulam Qadir Dar, then Principal and Mohammad Afzal Bhat, then Senior Assistant at Government Higher Secondary School (HSS), Hadipora.
The charge-sheet was presented in the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Baramulla.
As per the case the accused persons during their posting at HSS Hadipora from June 2008 to January 2011 in connivance with each other have entered into a criminal conspiracy and misused their official positions to embezzle Rs. 26, 98,722 by drawing salary, supplementary salary and arrears which were not due to the school staff (non-existent employees) from the Government exchequer.
