JAMMU, June 4: A delegation of ABVP, led by Lokinder Singh, called on Jammu University Vice-Chancellor Prof R D Sharma and apprised him of the demands of scholars of Jammu University.
The VC was apprised about non- payment of UGC NET JRF scholarship to research scholars with a plea for his immediate intervention into the matter.
The ABVP also demanded to make Central library of Jammu University centralized air conditioned, renovation work in hostels before onset of monsoon and increased strength of Wi-Fi network in hostels of Jammu University. The deputation comprised of Ashwani, Nasser, Sumit Sharma, Tarun, Sunil and Naveen Sharma.
