RAMBAN, Oct 16: Banihal police arrested father-son duo, who were evading their arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Banihal Police Station conducted raid and apprehended 2 absconders, who were at large since long.
The accused have been identified as Ghulam Mohammad Naik, son of Ahmedoo Naik and his son Atta Mohammad, both residents of Dalwas Sangaldan District Ramban.
They were involved in a case registered under FIR Number 98/15 under Sections 447, 427, 504 and 506 RPC with Police Station Banihal.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Banihal Inspector Aejaz Wani made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Banihal Sajjad Sarwar, Additional SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and SSP Ramban Anita Sharma.
