Absconder wanted in TADA case arrested

JAMMU, May 13: RS Pura police arrested an absconder, who was wanted in Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (TADA) Act registered in the year 1991.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station RS Pura led by SHO Inspector Chanchal Singh conducted raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since 1994.
The accused has been identified as Davinder Singh, son of Raj Singh, a resident of Ward Number 11, District Kathua.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 203/1991 under section 392, 341, 34 RPC, 4/25 Arms Act and 3/4 TADA Act with Police Station RS Pura.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
