JAMMU, Feb 25: Miran Sahib police arrested an absconder wanted in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act case.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Miran Sahib Police Station apprehended an absconder, who was wanted in NDPS case.
The arrested person has been identified as Sunny Khajuria, son of Makhan Lal of Indira Nagar, Miran Sahib.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 96/17 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act with Police Station Miran Sahib. Arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC also stands issued against him by the Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, RS Pura.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
