JAMMU, Nov 22: Talab Tillo police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past one year.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Talab Tillo police post conducted raid and nabbed an absconder, who was at large since 2015. The accused has been identified as Jagdeep Singh, son of Kulbir Singh, a resident of Simbal Camp.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 58/9 under Section 364/34 RPC registered with Nowabad police station. Arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC also stands issued against the accused by Additional Session Court Jammu.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by Incharge Talab Tillo police post SI Rahul Mahajan made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Nowabad Inspector Raghubir Singh, SDPO West Nikhil Rasgotra and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
