KISHTWAR, Sept 18: Jawalapur Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest from the past 6 years.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Post Jawalapur led by PSI Moin Khan raided suspected locations and arrested absconder, who was at large since 2015.
The arrested absconder was identified as Mohammad Ayub, son of Mohammad Sharif, a resident of Malikpura, Chilli Pingal District Doda.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 138/2015 under Sections 379 and 411 RPC with Police Station Kishtwar.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
