REASI, Feb 5: Bhawan Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest from the past 14 years.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Bhawan led by SHO Inspector Rajesh Sharma apprehended an absconder, who was at large since 2007 from Supply Morh area of District Udhampur.
The accused has been identified as Balbir Singh alias Som Raj, son of Chamel Singh of Kashot Panchari District Udhampur.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 6/2007 under Sections 354 and 420 RPC with Police Station Bhawan.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
