JAMMU, Nov 22: Police arrested an absconder, who was at large for the past one year.
As per police sources, a team from Nagrota police station nabbed an absconder, who was evading his arrest since 2015.
The accused has been identified as Zaffer Ali, son of Akbar Alim, a resident of Bye Pass Nagrota.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 46/15 with police station Nagrota and arrest warrant under Section 512 CrPC also stands issued against the accused by Court.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Nagrota Inspector Karan Chalotra made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Amit Sharma and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
