RAMBAN, Mar 4: Ramsoo police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest since long.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Ramsoo police station conducted a raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since long.
The accused has been identified as Yashpal Singh, son of Dina Nath, a resident of Rajbagh, District Kathua.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR Number 37/11 under Section 279 and 337 RPC.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Ramsoo police station Inspector Mohammad Ameen made arrest under the supervision of SDPO Banihal Mohammad Rafiq and SSP Ramban Randeep Kumar.
