SAMBA, Dec 11: As a part of intensified drive against the absconders/criminals, district Police Samba has apprehended an absconder wanted in case FIR No. 06/2014 U/S 188 RPC, 2/3 PCA Act registered at Police Station (PS) Ghagwal.
As per reports a police team of PS Ghagwal headed by SHO, P S, Inspector, Sudhir Sadhotra under the supervision of Dy.SP. Headquarters, Samba, Tilak Raj Bhardwaj arrested an absconder namely Makhan Ali, S/o Mohd Gazi, R/o Ludhiana, Punjab from Rajpura, Ghagwal. The accused was evading his arrest for the last five years after commission of crime.
Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and arrest warrant 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
