Abrogation and Gupkar

Sir,
Abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A ensures the advantages viz-Political Reservation to 12% ST population; property and all others rights to women marrying out side the JKUT; RTE to the children in the the age group 8-14 years to ensure universal education coverage; full benefits of reservation especially in promotion like their colleagues in the the rest of the country to scheduled castes; citizenship rights to Safai karmcharis; National commission for Safai karmcharis Act 1993 to Safai karmcharis; full benefits of reservation now like in the rest of the country to OBC and lastly citizenship rights to West Pakistan Refugees.
Gupkar Declaration aims at getting 370 and 35A back.If it happens, the above benefits of abrogation will be lost or not? If they shall be lost, then why SC/ST/OBC/Safai karmcharis/West Pakistan Refugees/Parents of Children shall support Gupkar Declaration?
These sections of society form major part of JKUT population. Gupkar Declaration Alliance should clear its stand on these advantages accrued to these sections under Abrogation if they want to succeed in getting the Special status back, otherwise, it appears a gameplan to befool the downtrodden sections of the society.
It should ensure that these advantages shall not go back after the restoration of special status.
