JAMMU, Feb 11: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) volunteers celebrated the victory of their party in New Delhi election, here today.
A large number of AAP volunteers assembled near Press Club here and celebrated the party’s victory in New Delhi election by dancing on drum beats and distributing sweets. It was decided not to put crackers show as being done in Delhi.
Those who addressed the media persons were Rajesh Bali, Gurmeet Singh, Balwinder Singh and Amrik Singh. The event was co-ordinated by Raj Kumar Nischal.
All the volunteers of Aam Aadmi Party congratulated the general public of New Delhi and whole of the country for standing behind the party’s Chief Minister of New Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and AAP’s for its politics of other sorts i.e. politics of education, health care, electricity, water, roads, sewerages and on local issues rather than issues of national interest.
Volunteers appealed to the people of Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to come forward in large number and join AAP and make it possible that the next Government in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh will be of AAP so that progress like New Delhi can be made in Union Territories.
While speaking on the occasion, Sanjeev Sareen, Advocate, Volunteer of AAP said that the Government at Centre is scared by the increasing popularity of the AAP and used used words like Antakwadi (militant) for Chief Minister of New Delhi Arvind Kejriwal.
Sareen said that Bharatiya Janata Party, which claims to be largest party of the world even after introducing more than 200 Members of Parliaments (MPs), scores of Central Cabinet Ministers, Home Minister, Prime Minister besides Chief Ministers of many States, fails in New Delhi election.
He said that after the fall of Congress party, BJP is sensing AAP as its main opposition, which can replace the Central Government in the times to come.
Amongst others present were Ravinder Singh, Daljeet Singh, NP Singh, Vishal Arya, Balbir Singh, Shadi Lal, Dalvinder Kumar, Sher Singh, Tanveer Ahmed, Nasir Kochak, Mehar Singh Soodan, etc.
