JAMMU, Mar 26: J&K Aam Aadmi Party activists have urged the Government to restore 4G internet services in J&K Union Territory.
In a joint statement by Ram Singh Chauhan, Kuldeep Kumar Rao, Mehraj Malik and Dr A C Bhagat, the AAP activists welcomed the decision of lockdown for 21 days in view of the gravity of the situation due to the Corona virus disease but said that the authorities should ensure availability of all essential commodities apart from medicines in all localities of Chenab and Pir Panchal regions along with price monitoring.
Further, they added, with improvement of security situation and urgent need of keeping people indoor for 21 days, it will be helpful if 4G internet is restored to allow people to work from home and interact with their near ones through social media and video conferencing
