JAMMU, Dec 7: Aam Admi Party (AAP) has condemned police action on farmers in Suchetgarh near here in retrieving land being used by them (farmers) for farming for the last 40-50 years.
In a press conference here today Sunny Kant Chib, AAP Youth president along with Youth leaders S. Sansar Singh, S. Parvinder Singh, Abdul Aziz and Rajesh Verma condemned the suppression policy of the government in capturing about 500 kanal of land in village Gharana of Sub-Division R.S Pura by using brutal police force.
They demanded adequate compensation or suitable alternate land to the villagers who are being evicted.
