KATHUA, Apr 15: Yuva Adhikar Yatra launched by the State unit of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, reached Billawar today.
The Yatra was accorded warm welcome by the local unit of BJYM led by its district President Gopal Sharma, BJP block president Amrik Singh, Ganesh Basotra and Surinder Balloria alongwith large number of local youth at Phinter Chowk, Where a youth rally was organised by the BJYM.
Addressing the rally BJYM State president Ravinder Raina expressed his anguish over the pro-separatist policies of the Congress-NC Government in the state. He said both Congress and N C are glorifying the terrorists and demanded the dismissal of Coalition Government
He said the policies adopted by the ruling alliance are only ‘glorifying the terrorists’ in the Valley which encouraged them to kill the security forces. The Coalition Government deliberately pushes the security forces to death by snatching their guns and equipping them with lathis. Raina dared Omar Abdullah to withdraw his own security and then cry against the security forces.
He said the ruling coalition have failed in providing equitable development to all the three regions of the State. “The people of the State have been deprived of even basic rights while those talking of Pakistan, Afzal Guru and Liyaqat Ali are being treated as VVIPs . He said by adopting Surrender and rehabilitation policy ruling Congress and the National Conference have all concerns for the terrorists and nothing for unemployed youth, SPOs, VDC members, National Youth Corps and the students.
