JAMMU, Apr 15: Demanding release of last five months salary, ASCOMS Medical Teachers Association (AMTA) gheraoed the office of the Director Principal of ASCOMS, here today.
The AMTA members held two hours protest in the office of Director Principal of ASCOMS, which was followed by a meeting with the Director Principal, who showed his inability to solve the problem in release of their salary.
However, the Director Principal made repeated attempts to contact telephonically the Trustee Management, which is the final authority in release of pending dues, but it could not be contacted.
The AMTA members condemned this apathetic attitude of the Management and warned to intensify the agitation if their demand is not met.
