JAMMU, June 16: Former MLA and Senior Congress leader, Ashok Kumar has expressed concerns over several vacant sanctioned posts of Head Masters and Master Grade teachers in government schools of Ramban for the last seven years.
In a handout Kumar urged upon the government to immediately fill up all the vacant posts of HMs and Masters as poor students of the rural areas are facing difficulty in online learning process due to COVID 19 pandemic.
He said that 23 upgraded High Schools falling both in Ramban and Doda districts are High School Balihote, Bhathan, Tanger, Kanga etc.
Kumar also demanded play ground facilities in every rural High School.
He also demanded tabs for e-learning to all the poor students in rural areas of Ramban.
The Congress leader also said that the students must be provided with medical facilities in emergency cases in rural areas after the schools reopens.
