UDHAMPUR, Feb 29: Four members of a family sustained burn injuries when their house at Shakti Nagar, Ward number 7 in Udhampur, accidently caught fire due to LPG cylinder blast.
The victims, namely Vikas Kumar, his brother Vishal Kumar, their mother Sharda Devi and Vikas Kumar’s wife Seema Devi, are undergoing treatment at District Hospital Udhampur and their condition was stated to be stable.

The incident took place this evening when LPG cylinder accidently caught fire. The blazes soon engulfed the entire house. The fire brigade reached the spot and rescued the family members besides dousing the fire even as blast in LPG cylinder made their task hectic.
The fire could be controlled after a lot of efforts. The injured are undergoing treatment at District Hospital Udhampur.
