JAMMU, Feb 4: Director Tourism Jammu Deepika K Sharma interacted with major stakeholders of tourism on the second day of ongoing Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) in Mumbai.
Prabhulal Joshi, president of Maharashtra Tour Organizer’s Association (MTOA) along with Sudhir Patil of Veena World, Atul Mohite of Contour Travels, Inderpal Singh of Third Eye and Amrik Singh of STC Tour and Travels interacted with her at the OTM.
The Association invited Director Tourism to the Golden jubilee celebrations of MTOA and emphasized the need for better coordination with the Directorate. Director Tourism Jammu assured them that a FAM tour of major tourist destinations of Jammu shall be conducted for the tour operators and urged to explore Jammu region beyond Katra.
The Department of Tourism has tastefully decorated the JK pavilion with Basholi Art in the ongoing three-day Mart.
