JAMMU, June 12: National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI) has flayed the alleged delay in the issuance of Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs) to the applicants.
In a handout NDPI State president, Rajesh Gupta said many applications of eligible candidates for issuance of PRCs are pending in the office of Revenue Department due to official hurdles.
“These applications are gathering dust on clerk’s desk though they are with every necessary document from land records to voting lists,” he said adding that the careless attitude of the authorities is leading to problems for students who have to seek admission and employment in State Government departments using PRC.
