JAMMU, Mar 3: Continuing mobilization drive of Rajput Biradari in Jammu Province, Pavitar Singh, President, Shree Amar Kashtriya Rajput Sabha today held a meeting of Biradari members at his native village Gurah Slathia.
After briefing the gathering about various activities to be undertaken by Rajput Sabha in near future, Pavitar Singh appealed Biradari members to come forward and unite to regain the lost glory of the community with the new dispensation.
He said that state-wide membership drive is open for the Biradari members so that free and fair elections are held.
He urged the community youth to join him in this mission to bring forth the valour of the community.
Pavitar Singh assured the Biradari members that all efforts will be taken for the welfare, development and empowerment of the community members.
He also sought suggestions from prominent Biradari members for the welfare of the community.
A handout stated that a gathering of over 270 people comprising Sarpanches, retired principals, veterans from eleven Mandis of Gurah Slathia bowed to support every move of the Sabha for the welfare of the community.
Others who spoke on the occasion were Resham Singh Jamwal, General Secretary, Balwan Singh Jamwal, Secretary, Devinder Singh, Col Pritam Jamwal, K.D Singh and Col S.S Pathania.
