JAMMU, Oct 26: Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir is conducting 16th Mr Jammu Body Building and Fitness Championship at Teacher Bhawan Auditorium, Gandhi Nagar, here tomorrow.
The competition will be held in seven body building and two fitness and one master category.
General Secretary Body Building Association Rajesh dutta said that the weighing in all the competitive categories was held at International Gym Sainik Colony in which 75 competitors took part. The Association members present were Bhupinder Singh Tirthi, Naresh Gupta, Arun Sharma, Siddharth Sathu and Ajeet Singh Jamwal.
The competition is being conducted with an aim to encourage the players to keep the mind and body fit and avoid drugs and other harmful means.
