JAMMU, July 13: Shiv Sena has favoured free hand to the security forces fighting militancy in Kashmir.
In a press conference here today Gulab Chand Dubey, National Organiser of Shiv Sena Bal Thackeray said that they will always support security forces.
“There should no FIR against any security forces personnel as they are fighting a war with the enemy within the country. The stone-pelters should be arrested and given exemplary punishment to restore peace back in the valley,” Dubey told reporters.
He said that Hurriyat Conference should be banned for waging war against the nation.
“As per the direction of Aditaya Thackrey (Shiv Sena National leader), all the Parliament Members of Shiv Sena submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister to install Tri-Colour Flag of 100 feet height at Lal Chowk to teach a lesson to the anti-nation elements,” Dubey maintained.
He further informed that if the National Flag is not installed at Lal Chowk then Sena shall start an agitation all over India.
Speaking on the occasion Shiv Sena State President, Dimpy Kohli said that concrete bunkers should be constructed on war footing along the Indo-Pak border to save the life of border residents.
He further demanded that border migrants should be adequately compensated for the losses suffered by them in cross-border firing.
He also said that Kashmiri Pandit (KP) migrants are living in the miserable condition for last 28 years and every political party has played politics using them.
He demanded hike in the cash relief being given to KP migrants.
Kohli informed that as per the direction of Uddhav Thackeray, Shiv Sena National President, the State unit will fight all the coming elections in J&K.
