JAMMU, May 7: A man was killed after a tractor which he was driving turned turtle in Akhnoor area of city outskirts.
“The mishap occurred late last night in Sohal area”, a police official said, adding, the deceased was identified as Rakesh Kumar son of Prem Dass, resident of Smah (Akhnoor).
He said after conducting postmortem at Sub District Hospital, Akhnoor, the body of the deceased was today handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. “In this connection, Akhnoor police has registered a case under relevant sections and started investigations”, he further said.
