KISHTWAR, Sept 21: Police booked 25 vendors for encroachments, here today.
As per police sources, a team from Kishtwar Police Station conducted a drive against illegal rehriwallas, kiosk owners and others who had encroached various pivotal places of the town and outskirts.
In the crackdown, police booked 25 vendors under Section 36 Police Act.
The drive was led by SHO Kishtwar Inspector Sameer Jillani under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Touseef Rishu and SSP Kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary.
