It is a matter of concern for the countrymen to know how the security men have been assaulted by the stone-pelters on the polling day at Badgam. They were performing Govt duty and after returning to barracks were heckled. Is not this human rights violation ? Some politicians raise hue and cry when militant gets killed in encounter with the security forces or a civilian in the crossfiring. The stone-pelters’ only concern is to disturb peace in the valley. Our security forces are not only guarding our borders but help the people in adverse situations also. They are the people who educate children of far flung areas of the State. They arrange medical camps free in nook and corner of the State. Whenever we face any kind of catastrophe our security forces come to our rescue. Our security force is considered the best force in the world and disciplined one also. Our securitymen lay their lives while combating terrorism and need of the hour is to make them secure. The present situation demands stern action against the men who are responsible for the assault although securitymen maintained cool. The volatile situation in the valley has to be dealt with iron hand so that peace and normalcy is restored. The whole nation is at the back of security forces and we are proud of them.
