SAMBA, Apr 10: A young house wife consumed poison under suspicious circumstances at her residence today. She was shifted to Vijaypur Hospital by her in-laws where from doctors referred her to GMC Jammu for specialized treatment.
Police said a house wife identified as Paramjeet Kour, 26, W/o Hardeep Singh of Chak Ramchand, Sapwal in Samba district consumed some poisonous substance at her residence today. However, the cause of this extreme step taken by her was not known. The Samba Police has registered a case under relevant sections of the law and started investigation.
