KISHTWAR, Nov 24: Minister of State for Transport (Independent charge), Revenue, Public Works (Roads & Buildings), Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Agriculture Production, YSS, Sunil Kumar Sharma today said that Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) is one of the best schemes launched for the poor people of the country.
Addressing a gathering here, the Minister highlighted the importance of various central as well as state sponsored schemes. He said the present regime is gaining more popularity among masses due to various people friendly initiatives it takes every day.
The Minister assured the locals that the Government is working to fulfill all its promises made before coming to power, and soon everyone will see a complete change in the scenario in every sector.
He said that present dispensation is progressing with each passing day without paying heed to “unsocial” elements.
Tehsildar Kishtwar Irshad Ahmed, Chief Education Officer, Abdul Hamid Fani, State BJYM Vice president Ashish Sharma were some of the prominent people present in the meeting.
