JAMMU, Nov 22: National Panthers Party chief patron Prof  Bhim Singh has urged upon the President of  India Pranab Mukherjee to exercise his powers vested in him under Article 370 to integrate the State of  Jammu and Kashmir with the rest of the country so that `so called’ problem of Jammu and Kashmir is resolved once for all.
Talking to media persons here today Prof Singh said there should be one flag  from Kanyakumari to Kashmir and one constitution in one country. This move is very important because with this the Indian citizens in Jammu and Kashmir shall also enjoy all fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of India. He said the  High Court of Jammu and Kashmir should have the same jurisdiction and the nomenclature as other High Courts have in  rest of the country.
NPP leader called on the Parliament of India to end discrimination with the Indian citizens residing in J&K since 1950 so that they also share fruits of freedom  and fundamental rights.
Bhim Singh cautioned the Indian Parliament that if it failed to deliver them justice according to their  decision they took in 1947 by acceding to the Indian Union, the NPP shall call an exclusive  congress of  the residents of J&K to take a decision so that they also shall share the fruits of freedom and live with honour and dignity.
