JAMMU, Nov 11: Chief Justice of J&K High Court, Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar today reconstituted the important committees with immediate effect.
According to the order, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir, Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar, Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Janak Raj Kotwal are the members of the Committee for High Court staff.
This committee will look after the recruitment and promotion of all cadres of High Court staff including seniority matters; service conditions and disciplinary matters of High Court staff and service matters/grievances of High Court staff.
Similarly, Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar are the members of the Finance Committee to monitor the effective utilization of funds sanctioned by the Government.
This committee will look after construction of buildings or courts; renovation of old buildings/construction of new courts; infrastructure for courts, purchases of computers, expenses towards telephone and cell phone, purchase of cars, meeting expenses of the High Court, travelling expenses and contingency expenses to the High Court and Subordinate Courts.
